Primary Care Physician - Part Time

Position Summary:

Camillus Health Concern is a mission-driven FQHC committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care and supportive services to underserved and vulnerable populations in Miami, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) Primary Care Physician to join our interdisciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, culturally competent care in a community health setting and be passionate about improving health outcomes for underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages (adult, and geriatric populations).
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, and manage chronic diseases.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, dental, and other services offered by the FQHC.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical performance programs.
• Collaborate with care teams including nurses, case managers, and support staff.
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed (minimal and shared).

Requirements

• Completion of a U.S.-accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Florida
• DEA certification and current BLS certification.
• Commitment to the mission of community health and serving underserved populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual or multilingual (especially Spanish and Creole).
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen).
• Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or similar setting is preferred.
• Background treating co-occurring substance use or chronic conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
