Primary Care Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, providing appropriate management plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including medical imaging and laboratory results.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with specialists for referrals when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
• Stay informed about advancements in primary care practices and medical technologies.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state medical license to practice medicine.
• Strong clinical skills in areas such as respiratory therapy, catheterization, labor delivery, vascular radiography, mammography, gastric lavage, and aliment management.
• Experience or knowledge in pediatric neuropsychology is a plus.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
