Primary Care Provider (NP/PA) – Part-Time

About Us

We are a newly established adult primary care clinic focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care in a calm and supportive outpatient setting. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care while supporting provider growth and long-term success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a part-time role (Monday & Tuesday). This position is intended for a provider with outpatient primary care experience who is confident practicing independently.

You will serve as the only onsite provider, supported by front desk staff, AI-assisted documentation tools, and an available remote collaborating physician for chart review and patient-related clinical questions. Candidates should be comfortable independently managing adult primary care visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and day-to-day clinical decision-making.

This opportunity is especially well-suited for clinicians who value continuity of care, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to help build a growing independent primary care practice.

Target start date is mid-to-late July. We are looking to hire promptly and begin credentialing immediately.
