Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or PhysicIan Assistant to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive care to patients across all age groups, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform procedures such as catheterization and discharge planning as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems like Athena.
- Stay informed about current clinical research and best practices in infection control, geriatrics, infant care, and medical-surgical nursing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification by a recognized national board (e.g., ANCC or AANP).
- Strong clinical skills in primary care settings with experience in infection control practices.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Experience in clinical research is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with geriatric care, infant care, discharge planning, ER protocols, and medical-surgical nursing is highly desirable.

Pay: $108,990.00 - $118,000.00 per year
