Qualification

• Post Graduate / Graduate with B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching/coordination experience in primary education

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive academic program for primary grades (1–5)
• Coordinate with primary teachers to plan and organize lesson plans, assessments, and activities
• Mentor and guide teachers on curriculum delivery, teaching strategies, and classroom management
• Ensure alignment of academic programs with school standards and educational goals
• Maintain smooth day-to-day coordination of the primary section
• Support teachers in addressing student learning challenges and academic issues

• Effective time management and multitasking ability
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administration
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
