Roles and Responsibilities of PRT IT Teacher (Grade 1 & 2)

• Plan and deliver basic computer lessons as per the school curriculum.
• Introduce students to fundamental IT skills (computer parts, mouse handling, keyboard usage, basic applications).
• Ensure safe and supervised use of computers in the lab.
• Create simple, interactive, and age-appropriate digital activities.
• Maintain computer lab discipline and proper usage of equipment.
• Monitor and assess students’ practical and theoretical understanding.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and lab usage.
• Coordinate with class teachers for integration of IT with other subjects.
• Promote cyber safety awareness at a basic level.
• Report technical issues to the concerned department and ensure proper maintenance of systems.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹312,000.00 per year
