Primary Coordinator (Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the primary section. The ideal candidate will ensure effective curriculum implementation, maintain high teaching standards, and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the primary section.

* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.

* Ensure effective lesson planning and curriculum delivery.

* Monitor student progress and academic performance.

* Coordinate with parents regarding students’ development and concerns.

* Plan and manage school events, assessments, and activities.

* Maintain discipline and uphold school policies.

* Work closely with management to achieve academic goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/coordinator role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Sound knowledge of primary curriculum and assessment strategies.

* Ability to manage staff and handle parent interactions effectively.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
