Alphabet Jolly Phonics & Storytelling Academy is a fast-growing online academy that offers engaging classes in Phonics, English Grammar, Hindi, and Spoken English to children aged 4–10 years. We believe in interactive, story-based learning that makes education fun and effective for kids.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our team. The teacher will conduct online Hindi classes (Swar, Vyanjan & Matras levels) for young learners in a fun, activity-based, and child-friendly way.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Hindi letters (swar, vyanjan), matras, word-building, reading, and basic grammar concepts to children aged 4–10 years.

Conduct interactive, engaging classes using stories, games, and visuals.

Maintain discipline and motivation in an online classroom with small batches (4–5 kids per class).Provide regular feedback to parents on the child’s progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hindi / Education (preferred).

Prior teaching experience with children (online/offline).

Excellent command over Hindi reading, writing, and speaking.

Strong communication skills in English to interact with parents.

Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).

Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching young children.

Work Details:Mode:

Mode: Online (remote teaching).Batch Size: 4–5 kids per class.

Class Duration: 1 hour per session.Schedule: 3–4 times a week (flexible based on availability).

Salary: ₹150–250 per hour (based on experience & performance).
