Primary Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
  • Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
  • Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and creative writing in an age-appropriate manner.
  • Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, role play, and activities to enhance language learning.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids as per academic requirements.
  • Assess students’ progress regularly and maintain accurate academic records.
  • Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
  • Participate in school activities, trainings, curriculum planning, and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Adhere to school policies, academic procedures, and child protection guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related subject.
  • B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience at primary level (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.
  • Patience, empathy, and a child-centric teaching approach.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Reporting To:

  • Primary Coordinator / Principal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,577.77 - ₹35,604.41 per month
