Primary Mother Teacher

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (mandatory)

Curriculum: CBSE

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage engaging classroom lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Foster real-world learning, skill-based instruction, and concept clarity through differentiated and collaborative learning techniques.
• Integrate cross-curricular connections, real-life examples, metaphors, and analogies into lessons.
• Assess, track, and report student progress systematically; set learning goals and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain student discipline and uphold school behaviour policies.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership for holistic child development.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong command over English – spoken and written
• Passion for early childhood education and holistic development
• Tech-savvy with ability to use digital tools in the classroom
