Job Title: Primary School Mother Teacher (CBSE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher for the Primary Section (Classes I–V) following the curriculum prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The Mother Teacher will be responsible for handling multiple subjects for one class, ensuring the overall academic, emotional, and social development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
• Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.
• Maintain student portfolios, attendance records, and progress reports.
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Develop students’ foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
• Use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.
• Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and co-curricular events.
• Ensure classroom discipline and promote positive values.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) – Mandatory.
• CTET/TET qualification (preferred/as applicable).
• 1–3 years of experience in a CBSE or recognized school (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
