Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery:
- Design and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach fundamental concepts, including grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, poems, and songs to engage students.
- Student Engagement:
- Encourage active participation through interactive activities, group discussions, and projects.
- Foster an appreciation for Hindi literature and cultural heritage.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their language skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow school rules.
- Promote respect for diversity and language differences among students.
