Primary Teacher

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
• Ensure timely syllabus completion and maintain lesson plans.
• Assess students’ performance through tests, classwork, and activities.
• Provide individual support to students with different learning needs.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and a safe classroom environment.
• Mobilize parents and guardians for active participation in the child’s learning.
• Support in school enrollment drives and community mobilization activities.
• Organize and encourage student participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
• Identify and address behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges in students.
• Maintain records – attendance, report cards, progress reports, and files.
• Communicate regularly with parents through meetings and feedback sessions.
• Participate in school events, functions, and cultural programs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers for planning and best practices sharing.
• Attend training programs and workshops for professional growth.
• Uphold school values, policies, and contribute towards school development initiatives.
