Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the curriculum (ICSE/CBSE as applicable).
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress through classwork, assignments, and tests.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Develop and use creative teaching aids and digital resources to enhance learning.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate in school activities, assemblies, and co-curricular programs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team to ensure academic consistency.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
• Graduate in relevant subject area (Arts/Science/Commerce).
• Proven teaching experience in a primary section (Grades 1–5).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
