Observing and assessing the developmental progress of each child in the classroom.
Preparing and presenting Montessori materials to students.
Guiding and facilitating student learning through one-on-one and small-group lessons.
Fostering independence, self-discipline, and a love of learning in students.
Collaborating with parents and fellow teachers to support the overall development of students.
Ensuring the classroom is safe, orderly, and conducive to learning.
Providing support and guidance to students during their work.
Preparing materials and activities to meet the individual needs of students.
Supervising and ensuring the safety of students.
Collaborating with the lead teacher and other staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
Ensuring compliance with Montessori principles and educational standards.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and the community to create a positive and supportive school culture.
Managing school policies and procedures.
Supporting professional development and training for teachers and staff.
Handling administrative tasks, such as enrollment, communication, and record-keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,089.02 - ₹12,292.70 per month
