Primary Teachers (English, Kannada, EVS, Science, SST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in all primary subjects, adapting methods for diverse learners.
• Classroom Management: Establish rules, maintain discipline, organize resources, and create a stimulating, safe learning space.
• Student Assessment: Grade work, provide constructive feedback, track development, and prepare reports for parents and staff.
• Parent Communication: Regularly update parents/guardians on progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Professional Development: Attend training, collaborate with colleagues, and stay current with educational best practices and technology.
• Holistic Development: Encourage intellectual, social, and moral growth, and supervise children during non-classroom times like recess.
• Safeguarding: Ensure student safety and follow school policies, sometimes working with social workers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,713.27 per month
