Primary Teacher

New Learning Horizons (NLH) is looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and committed teachers to handle multiple courses at our City Master Franchise centre. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, child development, and activity-based learning. Courses / Subjects May Include: Pre-Primary (Playgroup to KG2) Primary Classes (Class 1 to 5) Tuition (Class 6 to 9 – as per expertise) Spoken English / Communication Skills Phonics & Reading Programs Abacus / Vedic Maths Personality Development / Life Skills (Course allocation will depend on qualification and experience) Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive classes Follow NLH curriculum and teaching guidelines Use activity-based and child-friendly teaching methods Prepare lesson plans and basic teaching materials Track student progress and provide feedback Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment Communicate with parents when required Participate in training sessions and academic meetings Eligibility & Requirements: Graduate / Post-Graduate (Education background preferred) Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply Teaching experience is an advantage Good communication skills (English preferred) Passion for working with children Willingness to learn and adapt to NLH teaching methods What We Offer: Stable and reputed education brand Training and curriculum support Growth opportunities within NLH network Friendly and professional work environment Performance-based increments
