Primary Teacher cum Centre Manager

We are seeking a committed‬‭ Teacher cum Centre Manager‬‭ to teach primary students (Grade 1 to 4),‬ along with overseeing & monitoring the day-to-day operations of our learning center at a school-based learning centre at Mahim & Wadala East.‬

‭The role requires strong teaching skills along with coordination and communication to‬ ensure effective implementation of our curriculum and student development.

‭Key Responsibilities:‬

‭Teach English to students in grades 1 to 4, as needed.‬

Manage daily operations and logistics of the learning centre.‬

Maintain records of attendance, assessment, expenses, and invoices.

Oversee data collection and analysis of student performance to identify learning gaps.

Deliver timely and quality reports sharing student progress, challenges, and

outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or B.Ed. or related field (ECCE).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching primary grades or experience in education-based

Proficiency in English.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Compensation:

Fixed salary between ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Depending on the experience in the field of‬ teaching )‬

Work Timings:‬

‭The job is contractual in nature till mid-April 2026; the work timings shall be between Monday to‬ Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM‬
