Primary Teacher (Female)

Job Description:

A primary teacher is responsible for educating children typically between the ages of 5 and 11, typically in elementary or primary schools. Their main duties are:

  • Planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Assessing and evaluating students' progress through various means, such as tests, quizzes, and projects.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each student.
  • Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborating with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and best practices.

Additionally, a primary teachers is responsible for organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, clubs, and sports teams, to enrich the students' learning experience.

Education: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required.

Subject Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the subjects taught at the primary level, such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.

Classroom Management: Skills to manage a classroom effectively, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
