Primary Teacher (PRT)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in English, Math, EVS/Science, Social Studies, and other subjects as per curriculum guidelines.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods (activity-based learning, storytelling, play-way, digital tools) to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
• Support holistic development by focusing on academics, life skills, values, and co-curricular activities.
• Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, and provide individual attention when required.
• Foster creativity, confidence, discipline, and teamwork among students.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments, maintain records of student progress, and share feedback with parents.
• Prepare report cards, conduct parent–teacher meetings, and collaborate with parents for the child’s growth.
• Maintain discipline, respect, and order in the classroom.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
• Uphold the school’s vision, mission, and values at all times.

Pay: ₹9,736.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
