Primary Teacher (PRT)

• Education:A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, often with teaching certification or licensure, is typically required.
• Child Development:A strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies is essential.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are necessary for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Classroom Management:The ability to create and maintain a positive and effective learning environment is crucial.
• Lesson Planning:Proficiency in designing and implementing creative and engaging lesson plans.
• Patience & Resilience:Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle pressure with a flexible and compassionate approach are important.
