Primary Teacher (PRT)

• Prepare and deliver simple, engaging, and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a positive, caring, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Use creative teaching methods such as activities, stories, and visuals to make learning fun.
• Conduct regular assessments, check notebooks, and maintain student performance records.
• Support the social, emotional, and moral development of children.
• Communicate with parents about student progress, behaviour, and learning needs.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure students develop good habits, values, and respect for others.
• Follow the school’s curriculum, rules, and teaching guidelines responsibly.
