Core Educational Qualifications (Choose One Path)Path 1: Diploma Focus

• Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks, AND
• 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/D.Ed).

Path 2: Integrated/Bachelor's Degree

• 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• OR Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks AND Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, using varied methods (whole-class, group work, play, tech) to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Classroom Management: Establish clear expectations, maintain discipline, manage student behavior, and create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student learning through tests, assignments, and observation; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Parental Communication: Regularly communicate with parents about student performance, behavior, and needs, often through conferences.
• Student Support: Offer individual help, support academic and social-emotional growth, and act as a mentor and role model.
• Administrative Duties: Take attendance, maintain records, mark work, and complete other paperwork.
• Collaboration & Professional Development: Work with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and staff; participate in meetings, workshops, and school events.
