Primary Teacher (PRT)-ENGLISH

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure for primary school education.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
