Position: Sanskrit cum Hindi Teacher

For an upcoming residential school for girls

We are seeking a passionate Sanskrit cum Hindi Educator who sees teaching as more than a profession — a calling to inspire, nurture, and guide.
Our educators are not merely transmitters of language and literature, but mentors who awaken curiosity, compassion, and courage in young learners.

This role is ideal for an educator who brings linguistic expertise with humility, embraces experiential and inquiry-based learning, and sees education as a journey of growth — for both students and themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Delivery:
Design and facilitate experiential, integrated learning journeys in Sanskrit and Hindi, drawing from Cambridge, NCERT, and other progressive frameworks.

Student Mentorship & Care:
Offer emotional and social support, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where language learning becomes a medium for self-expression and cultural appreciation.

Assessment & Feedback:
Use reflective tools, portfolios, and storytelling to document growth — emphasizing effort, understanding, and evolution over rote outcomes.

Cultural & Co-curricular Engagement:
Infuse language learning with art, music, theatre, and storytelling, bringing Sanskrit and Hindi alive through rhythm, expression, and context.

Professional Growth:
Engage in reflective dialogues, peer learning, and continuous self-work as part of a collaborative professional community.

Parent & Community Partnerships:
Build relationships with families rooted in trust, empathy, and open communication.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of teaching experience (experience in residential, alternative, or progressive schools preferred)
  • Strong command over both Sanskrit and Hindi, with the ability to make learning joyful and experiential
  • Familiarity with NCF 2023 and experiential pedagogies
  • Compassionate, emotionally grounded, and collaborative in approach
  • Comfortable using educational technologies in simple, meaningful ways

Working Rhythms

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays)
  • Community Life: Active participation in cultural events, festivals, and exhibitions
  • A mindful balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being is encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kishangarh, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
