Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Planning and Delivery:
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed syllabus and curriculum.
  • Teach Telugu reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
  • Use interactive and activity-based learning methods such as storytelling, poems, songs, and games to make lessons enjoyable.
  • Student Development:
  • Encourage students to communicate confidently in Telugu.
  • Cultivate interest in Telugu literature, culture, and heritage.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning needs and levels.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
  • Classroom Management:
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintain discipline while fostering respect and cooperation among students.
  • Ensure lessons are conducted in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
  • Attend school training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular and cultural activities.
  • Parent Communication:
  • Update parents about their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with parents to support learning at home.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telugu, Education, or a related field (essential).
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).
  • Experience working in CBSE or State Board schools is an advantage.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong command over spoken and written Telugu.
  • Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
  • Ability to use innovative, student-centered teaching techniques.
  • Basic computer and digital teaching skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,417.21 - ₹35,939.88 per month
