Primary Therapist-Evening Telehealth

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Primary Therapist to join our clinical team at our Evening Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program. The Virtual Primary Therapist is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. This position is part time and hours will fluctuate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapeutic services to assigned clients in PHP/IOP levels of care
• Conduct initial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current PA license (LPC, LCSW preferred; LSW or pre-licensed considered)
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
