Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our institution into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership in academic administration, team management, and CBSE curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ensure effective school administration.
• Supervise academic planning, staff performance, and student progress.
• Ensure compliance with all CBSE norms and quality standards.
• Foster a positive school culture focused on academic excellence, discipline, and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the local community.
• Oversee admissions, financial planning, and school development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Principal in a recognized CBSE school

OR 8 years’ experience as Senior Vice Principal

in a reputed CBSE institution.

• Proven ability to manage academic operations, staff development, and CBSE compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Candidates residing in or near North/Northwest Thrissur are preferred.
