About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CBSE School Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions of our school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, academic expertise, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build and sustain a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE guidelines.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and staff to maintain high teaching standards.
• Drive initiatives related to school discipline, student welfare, and parent engagement.
• Lead school audits, inspections, and compliance as per CBSE norms.
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, assessments, and academic outcomes.
• Develop annual academic plans, timetables, and school improvement strategies.
• Manage admissions, student enrolment, and community outreach activities.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, infrastructure, and safety protocols.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive school environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Principal).
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, examination systems, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with parents, students, staff, and management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
