Qualifications and Skills

• PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic leadership, particularly in vocational, technical, or professional education.
• Proven track record of improving educational standards, student success, and institutional growth.
• Strong knowledge of vocational and professional education programs, including accreditation standards and industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

• Lead and manage all academic programs, ensuring that they align with industry requirements and educational best practices.
• Develop, review, and implement innovative curriculum and training programs in response to changing industry trends and demands.
• Oversee the delivery of vocational and professional qualifications and ensure adherence to accreditation standards (local and international).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational boards, certification bodies, and accrediting agencies to ensure program credibility and quality.

Institutional Management:

• Develop and implement institutional strategies for continuous improvement in academic quality, student services, and institutional operations.
• Manage the institute’s budget and resources, ensuring optimal use of financial and physical assets.
• Ensure compliance with local education regulations, labor laws, and any international accreditation standards.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of academic and administrative staff.

Student and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Promote and uphold the student-centered philosophy of Institute, ensuring student welfare, satisfaction, and academic progression.
• Build strong ties with local and international industry partners to create internships, employment opportunities, and training placements for students.
• Address student concerns, grievances, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in the learning environment.
• Engage with parents, alumni, and other key stakeholders to support institute growth and reputation.

Research, Innovation, and Industry Linkages

• Foster an environment of academic research and innovation, encouraging faculty and students to engage in meaningful research projects.
• Initiate partnerships with industry leaders to ensure the curriculum is aligned with real-world industry needs.
• Support faculty in their research initiatives and help secure funding for projects and institutional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
