Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Principal Consultants manage key clients and lead complex engagements to ensure successful delivery outcomes and further build relationships with our clients. The Principal Consultant will play a key role across a variety of projects that include C-suite interactions on areas such as leadership performance, coaching, organization effectiveness, team development, assessment of top talent and talent strategy.

Assess leadership for selection, placement, transition planning, and development coaching

Provide executive coaching and leadership advisory consulting

Facilitate top executive team development and coaching sessions

Conduct executive interviews and focus groups to advise C-suite executives on critical leadership challenges

Deliver high-stakes consulting and manage project teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

Analyze organizational data and synthesize insights for direct recommendations on business and leader performance

Present findings and recommendations to Boards, CEOs, and executive teams

Engage clients with a client-first approach to foster deep strategic relationships

Develop business opportunities by nurturing existing client relationships and seeking new client prospects

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Organization Behavior, Organization Psychology, MBA in Strategy / Leadership or related disciplines

10+ years of applicable work experience in either external management consulting or in-house strategy, executive assessment, leadership development or organization development in a world-class talent management company

Must have proven experience advising business leaders in a consulting or internal leadership development capacity.

Prefer blend of corporate and consulting experiences
- Global experience is a plus

Willingness to travel and work from home in a self-directed manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
