The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search / Agency Recruitment Consultant to drive client acquisition and revenue growth from India, while working closely with regional leadership teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India.
This is a
360-degree agency recruitment role
, combining business development, client management, executive search delivery, and placement ownership. This role is best suited for recruiters from agency / search firms who are commercially driven, comfortable owning revenue targets, and experienced in building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Build and expand a strong client portfolio across India, Middle East / Europe / Asia Pacific, focusing on professional and financial services sectors

Proactively develop new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events

Position the firm as a trusted recruitment partner through consultative client engagement

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments, including senior-level and niche searches

Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close search mandates

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts

Collaborate with regional research and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Management, or related fields preferred)

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an agency recruitment / executive search environment

Strong business development and client-facing experience with a proven billing track record

Strong understanding of 360 recruitment cycle in agency environment

Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a regional / cross-border setup

Experience working with international stakeholders or regional teams is highly preferred
