We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant – Dynamics 365 CRM to join our Karachi office. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead teams, engage clients through workshops, and communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers, providing direction, guidance, and quality oversight across all project phases.
  • Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, align expectations, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to define technical approaches, present recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Oversee data migration, integration setup (APIs or middleware), and solution deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM and integration issues independently.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, DevOps, and solution architecture.
  • Maintain high-quality delivery through structured reviews, documentation, and process adherence.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing) and related technologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Proven success in leading and developing technical teams (5–10 members) and managing multi-phase CRM projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate client workshops, drive stakeholder discussions, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working with international clients (Australia / US / UK).
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
