Job Summary

Eshaat Foundation is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Principal to lead one of our schools in North Karachi. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for educational excellence and student development.
starting from February 2026

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of school operations and academic activities.
• Supervise and mentor teaching and administrative staff.
• Ensure implementation of academic programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with parents, students, and staff.
• Oversee budgeting, school planning, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Current or past experience in teaching or school administration (leadership experience preferred).
• Training courses in educational leadership, classroom management, or related areas are highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
