Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal Investment Officer to lead and oversee investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial advisory services. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to provide actionable insights that drive investment decisions. The Principal Investment Officer will play a key role in guiding clients and maintaining Innova8ors Capital’s reputation for excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment research and analysis across diverse markets and industries.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies to maximize returns and manage risks.
• Provide strategic financial advisory services to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed investment reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design financial models and strategic plans.
• Monitor global economic trends and assess their impact on client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international standards.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and investment staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or financial advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, financial modeling tools, and investment software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
