Principal Kitchen & Bath Designer & Sales Strategist – Full Time or Part Time

We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer who is also an exceptional salesperson, someone passionate about driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and expanding the business. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in creating transformational designs using Design 2020 software and will play a key role in our continued success, with competitive compensation tied to performance and results. We are looking for a full time or part time employee. Full time, in-person position, salary is $65,000 - $75,000 base salary plus commissions and includes Employee discount, Paid Continuing Education, and 401(k) plan. Schedule is Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Every other Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Part time, in-person position $30-$40 per hour. Schedule is flexible.

Must be able to work in person, in Northern Colorado.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements, design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design, order materials and follow up with operations and installers
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in kitchen design
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, interior design professionals, remodelers and homeowners through local networking

Your Background & Skills

• 5+ years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient using 2020 Design Software
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and kitchen layouts
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Construction experience preferred
• Solid math and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
