Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of complex network infrastructures. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align networking strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Architecture: Design and implement advanced network solutions for enterprise environments.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud networking systems.
• Security Oversight: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and safeguard against vulnerabilities.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers to achieve technical excellence.
• Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers.
• Innovation: Explore new networking technologies and contribute to R&D initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise network solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
