About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our Nursing College. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, guide curriculum development, and foster a culture of excellence in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership in planning, organizing, and managing academic and administrative functions of the college.
• Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and university regulations.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and performance appraisal.
• Oversee curriculum planning, academic schedules, examinations, and student evaluations.
• Promote research, innovation, and professional development activities.
• Ensure high standards of clinical training by coordinating with hospitals and healthcare partners.
• Maintain accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
• Establish a positive academic culture, student discipline, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• M.Sc. Nursing or Ph.D. (preferred).
• Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, including 5 years in a leadership role such as Vice Principal or Principal (as per regulatory norms).
• Strong understanding of nursing education regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
