KN International isurgently seeking a highly skilledPrincipal Resident Engineerto join our team. This role involves overseeing theinfrastructureservicesaspects of projects, ensuring quality execution, compliancewith local regulations, and efficient coordination with contractors. The idealcandidate should haveextensive experience in pumping stations and fluid mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeand coordinatepumping stations, fluid mechanics, and relatedsystemsto ensure compliance with project specifications andlocal regulations.
  
• Supervisethe contractor's work, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, safetystandards, and quality control measures.
  
• Conductregular site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure timelycompletion of M&E systems.
  
• Manageand respond toRFIs, submittals, and technical queriesrelatedto mechanical and electrical works.
  
• Collaboratewith project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, andgovernment authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Reviewproject documentation, including material approvals, method statements,and shop drawings.
  
• Identifyrisks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintainproject efficiency.
  
• Attendweeklyand monthly progress meetings, providing technical input and statusupdates.
  
• Ensurecompliance withhealth, safety, and environmental (HSE)regulationson-site.
  

Required Qualifications& Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevantengineering discipline
  
• Minimum20 years ofexperience ininfrastructure services, preferably within theUAE.
  
• Experiencein Main Pumping Stations, 33kV Substations, and Transmission Networks
  
• Experiencewith TRANSCO or TAQA, approval from TRANSCO is preferred
  
• Strongtechnical expertise inpumping stations, fluid mechanics, andM&E systems.
  
• Provenexperience inconstruction supervision, quality control, andcontract administration.
  
• Excellentproblem-solving,leadership, and communication skills.
  
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple taskseffectively.
