Principal Sales Manager – Job Description

  • Drive strategic sales growth across BFSI enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build deep relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Understand BFSI market trends, regulations, and digital transformation needs.
  • Identify customer challenges and position AI-powered CX solutions.
  • Lead consultative selling and enterprise-level solution discussions.
  • Own complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and expansion.
  • Manage large and complex enterprise accounts with long-term growth focus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CS, Legal, Finance) for deal execution.
  • Drive revenue targets, pipeline growth, and account profitability.
  • Structure and negotiate high-value enterprise deals and contracts.
  • Ensure successful solution adoption, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools and data insights to track sales performance and forecasting.
  • Represent the company as a trusted AI and CX transformation partner.
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and strategic proposals to clients.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
