Operating out of our technical center in Dubai Silicon Oasis, this board-reporting advisor commands an elite package of AED 46,000 per month. The incoming principal architect will take absolute technical ownership of blueprinting, structuring, and deploying complex SAP IS-U (Utilities) and SAP S/4HANA fashionings for major state-backed utility providers, smart-grid operators, and energy conglomerates across the GCC. You will bridge the gap between high-level energy infrastructure demands and enterprise software solutions, ensuring multi-million-dirham digital transformations deliver flawless operational continuity.

Daily Technical Execution

Your desk will involve leading the end-to-end design of core energy-sector modules, focusing heavily on device management, billing, and energy data management (EDM) system integrations. You will spend your weeks managing steering committees, resolving complex system-landscape conflicts, and directing elite teams of functional and technical consultants through massive migration pipelines. A significant portion of this executive seat involves implementing secure, cloud-hosted SAP architectures that integrate seamlessly with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and IoT-enabled smart meters, all while defending strict regulatory alignment with regional energy distribution frameworks.

The Executive Matrix

We require an established sector authority with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of heavyweight SAP implementation experience, featuring at least three full-lifecycle greenfield S/4HANA migrations specifically within the global energy or utilities domain. Candidates must possess a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems, heavily backed by active SAP Certified Enterprise Architect credentials. Your technical toolkit must show absolute mastery of SAP Cloud ALM, advanced ABAP debugging pathways, and modern BTP (Business Technology Platform) extension models. Because this role requires defending architectural roadmaps directly to C-suite utility executives and ministry stakeholders, elite professional English communication is a mandatory prerequisite.
