Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished
Principal Scientist
with an advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in
Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field
to lead research and development efforts in
laser-based analytical technologies
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
laser spectroscopy, laser-induced fluorescence, and molecular laser interactions
, along with a strong background in
analytical chemistry and instrument development
.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and design advanced experiments utilizing laser spectroscopy and fluorescence techniques.

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance laser systems for molecular analysis.

Oversee analytical method development and validation using laser-based approaches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications or products.

Mentor junior scientists and contribute to strategic research planning.

Publish findings and present at technical conferences.
Qualifications:

M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience with
laser spectroscopy, fluorescence, and analytical instrumentation
.

Proven expertise in
laser-molecule interactions, system design, and optical alignment
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead complex research programs.
