Principal SCM Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal SCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' supply chain management operations. They will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage supply chain consulting projects for our clients, including scoping, planning, and execution
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on supply chain best practices and industry trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date with the latest supply chain technologies and innovations to continuously improve our services
• Mentor and train junior consultants to develop their skills and knowledge in supply chain management Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a consulting role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing supply chain consulting projects
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
• Experience with supply chain software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, and JDA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
