Loynova is building a global AI-first, fintech-grade loyalty platform designed with modular business engines including Loyalty, Payments, Vouchers, Gamification, CRM, Billing, Communication, and AI Services. Our platform follows secure, scalable, event-driven architecture with multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise deployment models.

We are hiring a Platform Engineering Architect to own the architecture, security, data models, and engineering direction of the platform. This role drives technology strategy, and remains hands-on. This is a technical leadership position, not a people management role.

Technical Experience (Must-Have)

1) Distributed Microservices & Event-Driven Systems Experience designing enterprise microservices architectures Strong knowledge of: RabbitMQ or Kafka Saga orchestration & asynchronous workflows Circuit breakers, retry mechanisms, resiliency patterns API versioning & backward compatibility Service boundary decomposition (domain-driven)

2) Backend Architecture with .NET 8+ years hands-on development using .NET 3+ years designing backend systems using .NET Core Strong understanding of: ASP.NET Core Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID Async programming & concurrency management

3) Data & Transaction Modeling (PostgreSQL) Advanced experience with: ACID transactions & isolation levels Indexing, partitioning, query optimization Financial data modeling (ledgers, wallets, reconciliation, reversals, audit logs)

4) Fintech-Grade Security & Compliance Experience with secure financial or transactional systems Knowledge of: PCI DSS principles Encryption at rest/in transit & tokenization RBAC/ABAC access control patterns Required platform-specific experience: API Gateway enforcement (Ocelot or similar) Cloudflare WAF / API Shield or similar edge security OAuth2/OIDC identity providers

5) Cloud Native Deployment & Operations Strong experience deploying to Kubernetes Understanding of: Blue/Green, Canary, rollback release strategies CI/CD pipelines for modular architectures Multi-tenant SaaS vs. single-tenant enterprise deployments

6) Frontend Architecture (Admin Platform Only) Architectural knowledge of Angular in enterprise systems: Modular shared components Route guards, interceptors, RBAC integrations Consuming AI-driven UI personalization APIs

7) Data & Observability Experience with: Elasticsearch event sourcing pipelines Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry)

8) Advanced Architecture Skills Zero-trust architectures CQRS and/or Event Sourcing patterns Multi-cloud deployments Preferred Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required) AI/ML Integration Model integrations for fraud detection, personalization, churn prediction, forecasting, or NLP (summaries, classification) Knowledge of ML.NET or Python ML stack Fintech Expertise Payment routing Digital wallets Settlement & reconciliation logic Leadership Responsibilities (Non-Managerial) Responsibility Scope Architectural Direction Decide patterns, frameworks, service boundaries, platform standards Mentoring Technical Leads Guide platform/backend & AI/data leads Final Authority on Platform Design Approve APIs, data entities, caching, messaging flows Security Ownership Define encryption, authorization, threat modeling, compliance Scalability Ownership Own strategies for sharding, caching, messaging, performance Minimum Experience 10+ years in software engineering 3+ years architecting distributed platforms Experience with at least one transactional domain: Fintech, loyalty, commerce, billing, vouchers, gaming, or digital wallets
