A fast-growing product company in Dubai is looking for a Principal Frontend Engineer to drive the evolution of their platform. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows React inside out and has a track record of shaping high-impact frontend architectures.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading frontend engineering across multiple products
• Driving architectural decisions and setting coding standards
• Mentoring and guiding engineering teams
• Working closely with product, backend, and design to ship world-class user experiences
• Owning performance, scalability, and reliability at scale

What they’re looking for:

• 10+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React and modern frontend tooling
• Solid experience as a Lead or Principal Engineer
• Strong background building complex, scalable web applications
• Ability to make big technical decisions and influence engineering direction
