Principal Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery workshops to understand business requirements, technical constraints and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to define new products’ requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed architecture diagrams, specifications and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to server architecture, network configuration, and storage solutions.
• Ensure solutions are designed for high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Ensure optimal performance of operational solutions.
• Lead the roll-out plans for different phases, including Cloud, OpenShift and VM RedHat environments.
• Strong Network design and implementation experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Develop POC prototypes to validate product ideas and provide feedback on products usability and functionality.
• Ensure compliance security standards and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with Containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools (eg., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant field certifications are highly desirable.
