Principal Structural Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and execution of structural engineering projects across industrial, commercial, or infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure structural integrity, and oversee compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design, analysis, and engineering activities for complex projects
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry codes and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders on project execution
• Conduct site assessments, inspections, and risk evaluations when required
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Evaluate new engineering methods, materials, and technologies for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in structural engineering, design, or technical leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design software, and engineering standards/codes
• Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or EPC projects is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred

Pay: RO3,200.000 per month

Work Location: In person
