A global market leader in enterprise cloud workflows is growing its specialist team in the Middle East and is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to lead complex CRM and Field Service transformation programmes with some of the world’s largest organisations.


If you are a hands-on technical expert who can also operate as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, this could be a great next step.


The opportunity

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary technical lead on major CRM and Field Service projects, owning solution design and technical delivery
  • Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and configurations across Customer Service and Field Service workflows
  • Lead technical onboarding, assess existing platforms and processes, and shape best-practice roadmaps for clients
  • Build and configure workflows, integrations and automations using modern web technologies (APIs, REST, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SSO, middleware, etc.)
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, removing roadblocks and driving successful outcomes
  • Mentor and coach developers and consultants, raising the overall technical bar across the team
  • Partner closely with pre-sales to scope complex engagements and shape compelling technical solutions
  • Contribute to thought leadership content such as webinars, whitepapers and community activity on CRM / Field Service best practice


What you bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in consulting, configuration and implementation of complex enterprise technologies
  • Deep expertise in Customer Service Management and Field Service Management domains, with a strong grasp of industry-specific workflows, use cases and compliance needs
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end technical architectures and integration strategies in large, complex environments
  • Strong hands-on skills across web and SaaS technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, web services, APIs, SSO, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve workflows, decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex technical topics and make clear recommendations
  • Relevant certifications in major enterprise workflow / CRM / field service platforms at implementation or architect level (or the ability to achieve these quickly)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
