A global market leader in enterprise cloud workflows is growing its specialist team in the Middle East and is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to lead complex CRM and Field Service transformation programmes with some of the world’s largest organisations.

The opportunity
In this role, you will:

Act as the primary technical lead on major CRM and Field Service projects, owning solution design and technical delivery

Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and configurations across Customer Service and Field Service workflows

Lead technical onboarding, assess existing platforms and processes, and shape best-practice roadmaps for clients

Build and configure workflows, integrations and automations using modern web technologies (APIs, REST, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SSO, middleware, etc.)

Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, removing roadblocks and driving successful outcomes

Mentor and coach developers and consultants, raising the overall technical bar across the team

Partner closely with pre-sales to scope complex engagements and shape compelling technical solutions

Contribute to thought leadership content such as webinars, whitepapers and community activity on CRM / Field Service best practice
What you bring
-
8+ years’ experience in consulting, configuration and implementation of complex enterprise technologies

Deep expertise in Customer Service Management and Field Service Management domains, with a strong grasp of industry-specific workflows, use cases and compliance needs

Proven experience designing end-to-end technical architectures and integration strategies in large, complex environments

Strong hands-on skills across web and SaaS technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, web services, APIs, SSO, etc.)

Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve workflows, decision-making and operational efficiency

Ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex technical topics and make clear recommendations

Relevant certifications in major enterprise workflow / CRM / field service platforms at implementation or architect level (or the ability to achieve these quickly)

Fluency in
Arabic and English
