We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager for Privacy to lead this charge from the heart of our engineering organization where you will report directly to our Global Privacy Director.
This is not a role for a compliance officer or a project manager. This is a strategic position for an experienced technologist who solves complex, ambiguous problems at massive scale. You will operate at the intersection of technology, law, and business strategy, translating abstract regulatory requirements into concrete, scalable, and elegant engineering solutions. You will be empowered to define vision, implement platforms, and drive programs to safeguard our users' data. Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $175,000-$220,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
