A leading global consulting firm is looking to hire a Principal – HR Transformation to join its high-performing team in Dubai or Riyadh .

This is a unique opportunity to partner with C-suite executives, lead large-scale HR transformation programmes, drive business development, and shape the future of HR for some of the region's most prominent organizations.

🔍 What we're looking for:

✅ 10+ years of consulting experience in HR Transformation

✅ Strong expertise in at least three of the following:

• HR Strategy

• HR Operating Model

• Organizational Design

• Process Redesign

• HR Technology

• Organizational Effectiveness

• Employee Experience

✅ Proven experience delivering end-to-end HR transformation engagements, including operating model design, shared services, technology enablement, vendor selection, and implementation

✅ Strong business development experience with the ability to originate and grow consulting opportunities

✅ Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders

✅ Experience with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms

✅ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (native)

✅ Experience with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer , or other leading HR/Management Consulting firms is highly preferred.
